Return Policy

We think you’ll love our products as much as we love making them. However, if you’re not 100% happy with your choice, let us know. All items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of purchase. Items must be undamaged. Please reach out to our Customer Experience team at shoppe@othyfleecy.co to initiate a return or exchange. We’ll send you a return label for you to ship your products back to us, free of charge. Your full refund will come in the original form of payment once your product is successfully returned.
